Product Availability and Shipping
We ship orders via LBC or Lalamove.
For optimum handling of items, we require a shipping fee of ₱180 for purchases amounting to ₱6,000 and below. Shipping is free for purchases above ₱6,000.
For onhand pieces, please allow a processing time of 1-3 days before shipment. Custom orders will require more time as all our pieces are carefully sourced and handcrafted.
Your order will be shipped the following day the piece is completed.
Modela Filipina places high regard for accountability. As all pieces are crafted intricately by hand, we can assure you that damaged orders are unlikely. But if such a case arises, we take care of it.
We can provide a 1-week warranty for all purchases. Minor repairs can be done in-house by our expert staff at the minimum repair fee.
However, please note that this warranty is NOT an insurance policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
All Modela Jewelry use stainless steel, which is waterproof and generally rust-proof. However, discoloration or rust may occur if not properly maintained. To avoid this, please store it in a dry place when not worn. That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. The gold plating, too, can be subject to wear as time passes.
Ordering and Payment
Items must be paid in full in order for us to acknowledge and process your order. Once full payment is received, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt, confirming your order.
Refusal of Service
Modela Filipina and its employees uphold core values in every aspect of the business. That being said, we reserve the right to refuse service when absolutely needed.
Illegal Reproduction of Items
Each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted and sourced from precious materials. Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or reselling any of our designs and published content without permission are strictly prohibited and will be penalized.
Rates of all items are subject to change without notice.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items paid in full or in part are non-refundable. We can accept exchange or repair for any faulty items. Please note that all items are carefully handcrafted, and once pearls are removed from their original string, the item will be considered sold.

1. Items paid in full or in part are non-refundable.
2. Downpayment is required to reserve the item. Full payment is required to start the full production. If a downpayment has been made and the buyer wants to cancel the order, any amount paid will not be refunded.
3. If the item is damaged or tarnished within a week, we can fix it at no additional cost, provided that the buyer shoulders the shipping fee.
4. No refund for any reason—we can accept exchange or repair for any faulty items. Please note that all items are carefully handcrafted, and once pearls are removed from their original string, the item will be considered sold.
